PRICE:
- Land Only - Starting at $6,699.00 CANADIAN per person* based on double occupancy in a standard room (ask us about USD Pricing)
- If you prefer to have your own room, the single supplement price is $1,125.00 CANADIAN on top of the land-only price
- You can also upgrade from a standard room to a superior room for additional costs. Ask your planner for more details. Subject to availability.
* All pricing is per person and currently includes Canadian government taxes - GST, PST or HST; the amount will be shown on your final invoice and is due with the final payment. Applicable taxes vary depending on the travel destination. Please ask us what extra taxes will be payable for your tour.
ROOM SHARING DISCLAIMER
Pricing is based on double occupancy. If you’re travelling solo and would like to be paired with a roommate, we offer a roommate matching option whenever possible. To assist with the process, you’ll be asked to complete a Roommate Matching Form, which helps us better understand preferences and compatibility. While we will do our best to match individuals who request this option, if a suitable match cannot be found, the single supplement fee of $1,125.00 CAD will apply. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed of your rooming status as we move closer to departure.

- HOST services - Catherine Hay
- Local tour manager services while in the destination for the duration of the tour
- 3-4* star accommodation with double occupancy in standard style rooms for 7 nights in centrally located areas with hotel portage
- Breakfast daily, 1 lunch and 4 dinners (hotels & local restaurants) as listed on the itinerary
- All transport as listed on the itinerary (where applicable), includes Via Rail one-way Business Class ticket from Montréal to Toronto
- As per the itinerary, local sightseeing guided services, including entrance & workshop fees, and entertainment tickets
- Gratuities for local guides and tour manager, drivers, restaurant staff, and porters (if available)
- 24/7 support while in the destination during travel periods
NOT INCLUDED:
- International or Domestic Airfare - please speak to us directly if you would like us to book your flights
- Transportation from the airport in Montréal to the hotel; transportation from the hotel in Toronto to the airport - extra services may be requested

- Meals, snacks and drinks other than those mentioned on the itinerary
- Alcohol and supplemental menu items at meals unless mentioned
- Items of a personal nature - phone, laundry, data, WiFi is additional and should be investigated on your own prior to departure, etc
- Any excursions referenced as "optional" or "free day" on the itinerary
- Additional taxes, fuel surcharges or service charges levied by governments or our suppliers

HOW TO ENROLL:

Enrollment Fee (August 6, 2025)
An initial $500.00 refundable enrollment fee is required to hold your space on the tour. If the tour is cancelled due to a lack of participants, the fee will be refunded. If the tour is a go, and you decide to cancel before making your initial deposit, this fee is still refundable minus $150.00 for administration costs. The enrollment fee will be deducted from your final invoice.

Booking Payment Terms
Final Payment (August 27, 2025)
Once the trip is confirmed, the full amount of the tour is required. This is non-refundable. The registration form must be completed within 72 hours. The tour price is set, but may be adjusted should the number of travellers fluctuate/change. If we confirm a supplier with cancellation/deposit terms different from those stated below, we will advise you accordingly.
The full balance is due and non-refundable. This final invoice will show any deposits made prior and the enrollment fee paid to date, which will be deducted from the final balance. Failure to make timely payment (outlined below in Late Payments & in your signed Service Agreement) could result in the cancellation of services. Once paid, the full balance (100%) is non-refundable.
Any travel plans confirmed within 6 weeks of departure shall be subject to availability and approved at the sole discretion of Open Doors Travel. If approved, payment of all applicable fees is due and invoiced immediately for the full balance of the trip.
Any changes made after the final invoice has been issued will be considered in a supplementary invoice that will be sent to you electronically. Payment of any supplementary invoices or outstanding balance must be received 7 working days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and must be acknowledged by us. We will try our best to be as flexible as possible concerning option dates and cancellation deadlines. However, unless advised differently, the following cancellation schedule will apply in the event of any cancellations (group or individual):
- Enrollment Fee - at time of enrollment - refundable minus $150.00.
- Event/show/pass tickets (if invoiced in addition to required deposits) - non-refundable
- Final payment – August 27, 2025- non-refundable
All payments made to Open Doors Travel are non-refundable. Should you have to cancel your booking with us or are a ‘no-show,’ please refer to your travel insurance policy for options for a claim.
Late payments:
If at 14 days past a missed payment with zero communication, the tour (individual or group) will be assumed a cancellation, and all money paid to date is non-refundable.
If at 30 days of back & forth requesting payment, money for a deposit is not received. Your tour (individual or group) will be assumed a cancellation, and all money paid to date is non-refundable.
No-shows:
If you do not arrive at the destination as scheduled, this is considered a no-show, and your trip will be cancelled. Payments made to date are non-refundable; however, you can refer to your travel insurance policy for options for a claim.
If you choose not to partake in an included activity(ies) while on tour, this is considered a no-show and payments made for that inclusion are forfeited and non-refundable.
No refunds or exchanges are made for unused tour services.
